CITB Practice Test

Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy a plan on CITB Practice Test (citbpracticetest.co.uk). They sit alongside our Terms & Conditions, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

Please try the free mock test before you buy, so you know the questions and the site suit you.

See the plans on the pricing page, or start with the CITB Operatives mock test.

1. Who you are buying from

You buy plans from CITB Practice Test, run by the CITB Practice Test Team in England and Wales.

Payments and refunds are processed securely by Stripe. You pay on Stripe's checkout page, so we never see or store your card number. Stripe emails you a receipt for every payment.

The business name shown on the Stripe checkout page and on your card statement may differ from the name of this site.

2. What stays free

Every topic and specialist page shows sample questions with their answers, free and with no account. Each page's practice quiz is free: 1 quiz every 7 days without an account, and 30 a day with a free account once you confirm your email. You can take 1 timed mock test every 7 days without an account, and 3 every 7 days with a free account.

A plan adds paid features to your account. The pricing page lists what a plan includes, so you can check before you buy.

3. Fair use

Unlimited mock tests and practice quizzes means as many as one person can study. To keep the question bank from being copied, an account can be served up to 600 questions in any 24 hours, across mock tests, practice quizzes and the quiz maker. That is 12 full 50-question mock tests, so real study never reaches it. If you do, you can start again once the oldest test of that day is 24 hours old.

4. Plans and prices

Prices are in pounds sterling. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Every plan is a subscription, and you can cancel anytime.

  • Weekly Plan: £3.99 a week. It renews every week until you cancel and is not refundable.
  • Monthly Plan: £4.99 a month. It renews every month until you cancel.
  • Yearly Plan: £9.99 a year. It renews every year until you cancel.

5. How your plan renews

Your plan charges your card at the start of each new week, month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime: go to your account, choose Manage billing and cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

If we ever change the price of your plan, we will email you before your next renewal at the new price, and you can cancel before it applies.

6. When your plan starts

A plan starts as soon as the payment goes through. By buying, you ask us to start it straight away. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights, for example if the service is not as described.

7. Refunds

The Monthly Plan and the Yearly Plan are refunded in full if you ask within 3 days of a payment and have used them for 2 hours or less since. The Weekly Plan is not refundable. A charge made in error is always refunded. Our Refund Policy has the details.

To ask for a refund, email [email protected] from the email address on your account.

8. Your account

A plan belongs to the account you bought it with and is for one person. Please do not share your login. We may close an account that is shared or used to copy content from the site in bulk. If we close your account for any other reason, we refund the unused part of your plan.

9. What we do not promise

CITB Practice Test helps you prepare for the CITB Health, Safety and Environment test, but we cannot promise that you will pass it or get a CSCS card. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to CITB, CSCS Ltd or Pearson VUE, and our questions are not the official test questions.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the new version applies to purchases made after the date at the top of this page. It does not change a plan you have already bought.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
