Pricing questions
Can I get a refund on a plan?
The Monthly Plan and the Yearly Plan are refunded in full if you ask within 3 days of a payment and have used them for 2 hours or less since. The Weekly Plan is not refundable. A charge made in error is always refunded.
Does my plan renew automatically?
Yes. The Weekly Plan renews every week, the Monthly Plan every month and the Yearly Plan every year, until you cancel. Cancel anytime under Manage billing in your account and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for.
Do I need a card for a free account?
No. A free account needs only an email address. Confirm it and you get 3 mock tests a week and a drill of the questions you missed in your last test.
